Reed & Co was set up to provide accounting and tax services that would support the future development of its small and medium sized customer's business.
Established in November 2001 by Chris Reed. Chris, who had formerly held senior finance roles within small and medium sized companies, experienced that the services delivered by accounting and tax advisers was usually different from that required. Accountants in practice had often always worked in that environment and were not always well positioned to fully understand the requirements of a client.
With over fifteen years as a client himself, Chris believes he can repair the difference between expectation and delivery and provide services that will add value to the customer.
Accountancy and tax services
Following a free, no obligation assessment Reed & Co will provide a mutually agreed fixed annual fee for accounts and tax services. This fee will include unlimited phone calls and meetings and will guarantee to deliver within agreed time frames.
Reed & Co will provide pro-active advice and support to assist its customers’ future development. Listening, looking forward, planning ahead and working together are all necessary in the provision of good customer service and customer development.
Reed & Co is customer focussed rather than client based. There is no presumption that a client will return next year. Instead we aim to deliver to our customers a good service on every occasion so they will want to return to Reed & Co.
